Bhopal: Creating fake criminal records of journalist by seditious use of statutory powers to take revenge from senior journalist Anam Ibrahim due to publishing unbiased news can put Bhopal DIG Irshad Wali now in trouble.
Advocate on behalf of complainant Anam Ibrahim Yawar Khan submitted the revision petition in the district court. In which District Judge Bhopal Dharmendra Tada has issued notice to the then DIG Irshad Wali in this matter at his residence Gumti Tapra No. 3 Bhagalpur Bihar and his Bhopal address. The hearing is scheduled for May 25.
The Press Council of India has also set up an inquiry committee against IPS Irshad Wali together with the National Human Rights Commission and has also registered a case against the accused Irshad Wali. IPS Irshad Wali can be now badly busted due to conspiracy against a journalist.
